Where do services take place?

Services are primarily conducted in our Ashburn office.

Can we do virtual sessions?

Yes! We offer virtual therapy for patients ages 5 and up. Virtual sessions are most effective for children and adults who can comfortably sit for short sessions and enjoy interactive virtual games and activities!

Simply fill out an inquiry form through our secure patient portal, and our scheduler will reach out to book your evaluation.

Do you take my insurance?

We are an out-of-network provider and private pay only. We do accept Health Spending Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), and we are pleased to provide superbills upon request.

An in-depth, 60 to 90-minute assessment. Tell us what’s been on your mind (or keeping you up at night). Together, we’ll figure out what’s happening and come up with a plan.

Evaluation
Reports

After your evaluation, you’ll receive a report that details your assessment results, therapeutic goals, and our recommendation for follow-ups.

Follow-Up
Sessions

Book as many follow-ups as needed, based on your goals, capacity, and your therapist's recommendations. 30, 45, and 60-minute visits are available.

Join The Mouth Rehab Team

We’re growing and building something meaningful in the process!

If you’re a Speech-Language Pathologist with interest or experience in feeding, swallowing, or orofacial myofunctional therapy and you align with our functional, root-cause approach to treatment, we’d love to meet you.

About the Role

The Mouth Rehab works with infants, children, and adults. But your caseload can reflect your strengths, interests, and the populations you feel most aligned with! When you join our team, you can expect hands-on mentorship and clinical support, with opportunities to grow your skills in feeding, myofunctional therapy, and airway-focused care—all while strengthening your clinical reasoning.

We’re a people-first clinic, and that applies to both our patients and our therapists. That means no overbooking and no pressure to “fill your schedule”. We prioritize quality of care and everyone’s well-being. So you can take on the clients that truly align with your expertise and capacity. If you’re looking for a place where you can grow, think deeply, and provide meaningful care, we’d love to hear from you.
