Owner + Founder
Bryanna Schwarting
M.S. Ed., CCC-SLP, QOM-TC, CLP
Bryanna Schwarting is the Owner and Founder of The Mouth Rehab, where she is dedicated to helping infants, children, and adults improve the way they eat, breathe, sleep, speak, and thrive. As a board-certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP), specializing in feeding and swallowing, a Certified Lactation Professional (CLP), a Qualified Orofacial Myologist- Track Candidate, and a national conference speaker and educator. Bryanna believes that oral function plays a foundational role in whole-body health.
Bryanna earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of Florida before completing her Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders at Old Dominion University. She has been practicing as a Speech-Language Pathologist since 2018 and has experience across the lifespan in pediatric private practice, schools, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation, assisted living, memory care, and now her own specialty clinic. This diverse background allows her to connect the dots between neurological, developmental, structural, and functional aspects of communication, and swallowing.
Throughout her career, Bryanna has pursued extensive advanced training in infant feeding, pediatric feeding, breastfeeding, tethered oral tissues, swallowing disorders, airway-focused care, and orofacial myofunctional therapy. Bryanna's passion for oral function became deeply personal after navigating feeding challenges and tethered oral tissues with her own children. That experience transformed the way she practiced and inspired her to build The Mouth Rehab—a place where families feel heard, supported, and empowered rather than rushed toward a diagnosis or procedure. She is especially passionate about uncovering the root cause of feeding, speech, mouth breathing, and sleep concerns through comprehensive evaluations and collaboration with dentists, physicians, lactation consultants, physical therapists, occupational therapists, ENTs, orthodontists, craniosacral therapists and other healthcare professionals.
Bryanna specializes in oral motor dysfunction and how it may impact infant feeding, breastfeeding and bottle feeding, pediatric feeding disorders, tongue-tie evaluation and pre/post-frenectomy therapy, speech sound disorders, orofacial myofunctional therapy, airway-focused therapy, and adult oral function. She is known for her compassionate, energetic, and highly individualized approach that helps patients and families feel confident throughout their journey.
When she's not in the clinic, Bryanna enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, creating educational resources for families and professionals, speaking at community events, mentoring clinicians, and advocating for earlier recognition of oral function disorders. Her mission is simple: to help people of all ages breathe better, eat better, sleep better, communicate confidently, and live healthier lives.
